IT Coordinator - Entry-level role

The Client Services Technical Coordinator position will support multiple functions within a growing company that specializes in IT support, security, and project based technical services.
This role will work alongside technology subject matter experts in responding to the ever-changing needs of a diverse client base.
Will have some direct client responsibilities and will participate in client status calls and meetings as needed.
This is an entry level position with understanding that a high performer will have the opportunity to advance.
This is an opportunity for someone to grow within the company to expand their technical knowledge with a focus on cyber security skills including threat monitoring and response.

Responsibilities:
Support a small but growing team of IT professionals Assisting Managing Partners, managing office tasks, and event planning Management and leadership of client based deliverables, projects and initiatives Dispatching inbound client requests and managing incoming client communication Scheduling technicians and time tracking Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining priorities and sense of urgency Generating reports and administrative tasks Requirements:
Bachelors' degree in Technical or Business related discipline 0-2 years of post-graduate experience in client services or technical support is preferred Basic IT knowledge is a must prefer some tier 1 support or new user setup experience Working knowledge of O365, G Suite, Windows & Mac OS, and Windows Server Strong attention to detail with high-level accuracy Upbeat positive attitude Ability to adapt quickly.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
