HR Coordinator

Payroll Administration:
Process and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of employee salaries.
Stay updated on tax regulations, labor laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in payroll processes.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll-related accounts.
Employee Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Provide support to employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate enrollment processes.
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Generate reports and analytics to support HR and management decision-making processes.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
New Hire Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Conduct exit interviews and process offboarding tasks to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR and payroll matters.
Address and resolve employee concerns in collaboration with HR leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) as an HR Administrator with a focus on payroll responsibilities.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.
g.
, ADP, Workday, or similar systems).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
