Support Specialist- 40 Hours Day Shift - (3264464) Telecommunications Support Specialist will have the lead role with the NSMC centralized on-call directory, scheduling updates and changes as needed, call center stats, alarm monitor reporting, has knowledge of telecommunications disaster recovery systems and participates as needed.
Provides support to the department director by performing related projects and telecom duties.
Required:
Experience with Web based applications, MS Office applications, for multi server environment.
A strong emphasis in telecommunications and/or server applications.
Will have at least 5 years experience in telecommunications field.
Will require at least two years of higher education or equivalent.
